All right, so the family, I'm going to kind of breeze through these because I think more importantly is going to be this discussion that we have with our lecturers shortly. The family ultimately decided to proceed with tracheostomy and eventually the patient gets discharged to a nursing facility. One year later, the patient still has the tracheostomy but he is able to speak now with a speaking valve. He lives in a nursing home, he can stand and pivot but is otherwise wheelchair bound. The patient sees his grandchildren multiple times every week, he enjoys Jeopardy, tries to answer all the questions and is grateful that he's alive. All right, with that, I'll hand it over to Dr. Click. Thank you guys so much for letting me join. Thank you.
