Thank you all. For the interest of time, we will open it up to audience to see in the participants, we have participating audience. So we'll start the discussion, all of us, if we can come up. We'll answer all of your questions. Just for beginning thought, I'll start with the case. Patient Yuri Mia, 56-year-old, his draft nasterosis with mild of 26 with all the signs of portal hypertension, recent GI bleed six months ago with bending, now presented with another GI bleed. Relatively hypotensive, but not too off from his baseline, comes to the ED, transferred to the ICU, and EGD done, clipping is done, and his kidney function continues to get worse. So let's start from there and see what you would do and start off with your questions. Everything else stabilized except the kidney function continues to get worse. What would you do? Maybe I can ask the panel, what would they do in this scenario?
