Welcome to the SCCM MCCR adult course. Thank you all for taking time out of your days to be here. We are going to start on time and finish on time every day. And towards that end, you may see some of us moving some speakers along. Probably not, because most people have done this before. But the goal is to deliver a certain amount of information to you in a limited amount of time. So in the past, we've been reasonably good about this. My name is John Savransky. My co-chair, Sammy Zacharia, had a metaphorical explosion at work, which he is dealing with. And he's probably a minute or so away from coming here. So he will join me in welcoming you. We have a couple of housekeeping slides that I'll just quickly go over. So Ty Sims, who's in the back, we would not have been able to do this course without her. We have a number of people who will help us make sure that we are up to date in the most recent literature. And for whatever you're using this course for, whether it's to prepare for the boards or to make sure that your knowledge base is up to date, we've got a lot of really smart people who are going to help us continue to be up to date. And for those of you who want to stay online, here's the password and the network name. And there are some sponsors. And please, please, please, at the end, if there's something we can do better or differently that will help you learn, let us know. People learn differently these days. The pandemic probably helped that. So if there's something that will make this course better, we'd be delighted to hear about it. If there's something that's going well, we'd be delighted to hear about it. Just again, we're trying to make sure that we're delivering information in a way that's helpful to all of you. If there are time during the talks, you're welcome to ask them. If not, the speakers will be here during breaks. Please go up to them if there's something that's unclear or you have a burning question. And hopefully, I will stop turning off the slides at some point. Evidently, I need either more or less caffeine this morning. I'm not sure what I did, but hopefully, you can fix this. So the past couple of courses, we've asked people and there are roughly 40 to 45 of you. Oh, I reached the end. Okay. Evidently, I need some remedial work on slide running. For the past couple of years, we've done an icebreaker at the beginning just so that people know who the other people in the room are. Sami Zakaria, who just walked in, who has the same hairstyle that I do and is walking up from the back, came up with this year's icebreaker, which will be the last movie that you've seen.
