So, our first speaker today is Dr. Raj Basu. Raj is a professor of pediatrics and division chief critical care here at Lurie Children's. And in addition, he's the chair of the pediatric critical care section at SCCM. So, if you are not a member, please join. Okay. So, his talk is about hepatic failure and organ transplantation. Yeah. Thank you. Good morning, everyone. You're going to get real sick of me by this afternoon. Most people take five minutes and get real sick of me. But I'm going to pass this around. So, as Analia said, I do chair the ped section. By a show of hands, how many of you are SCCM members at the moment? Okay, about two-thirds. How many are part of the ped section? Okay, part of that. So, here's the thing. So, our committee for this year and next year, we're really focused on increasing engagement, telling people who are early career why SCCM is important, how you can identify opportunities. Last night, we were talking about how a lot of you are kind of spread around the country. And SCCM and the ped section has always been a way to stay connected, and it's always been a way to kind of identify opportunities. It's because of SCCM that people like me have been able to get opportunities to do things. And I would really have you guys embrace that opportunity as well. So, I'm going to pass around this. This is a very fancy SCCM notepad. If you would like to get personal e-mails from me, not spam, personal e-mails talking about the monthly webinars we're starting, the ped 360 series, we have quarterly kind of section meetings talking about all the different things happening. Just put your name down, where you're from, if you're an SCCM member or not, in your e-mail. And I promise I will not flood your inbox, but it's a really good opportunity if you're interested. So, I'm going to pass this out, and you guys can pass it around.
